We know that new parents can get really, really tired, and thats why we want to create products that ensure a good nights sleep. Our cradle is designed for quiet and gentle rocking, similar to the pleasant movement of a stroller, and helps soothe your baby. Because the cradle is compact, it is easy to move around your home. Its perfect for the early days when your baby is sleeping frequentlyand you want them to be close to you all the time.
When can I begin using the cradle for my baby?
Our cradle is the perfect first place for your baby to sleepfrom newborn and up to 6 months (or max. 17.5 lbs/8 kg).
How is BABYBJRN Baby Cradle safe for my baby?
The cradle is tested and approved according to the safety standard EN 1130. It stands firmly on the floor and has sturdy anti-slip feet. The airy mesh fabric makes the cradle cool and safe and also gives you good supervision of your little one.
Can I wash the cradle?
Children are wonderful, and they are also wonderfully skilled at making a messso we always make sure our products are easy to clean. The cradles mesh fabric, mattress and mattress cover are easy to remove and, naturally, machine washable.
Is there bed linen that fits the cradle?
Yes, we have fitted sheets in soft, organic cotton, specially designed for the cradle.
Can I fold up the cradle?
Yes, you can easily fold up the cradle, and when folded it only measures 5 in/13 cm high. Perfect for storing at home or bringing along when youre on the go.

Our entire Sleep range is designed to create a good sleeping environment for newborns and young children.

Mattress cover: top surface- 50% polyester, 50% polyurethane (PU); bottom surface- 100% polyester
Machine wash the mattress and the mattress cover on hot (60C). The mesh fabric sides are machine washable on warm (40C). We recommend that you use an eco-friendly, mild and bleach-free detergent. Do not tumble dry.
For newborns to approx. 6 months (max. 18 lbs/8 kg). You can use the cradle until your baby weighs 18 lbs/8 kg or can sit up, kneel or stand unaided.
