Once installed, the dual flow filtration system can be turned on/off via a chrome filtration controller, and when activated it can filter 1.1 gallons of water per minute. The premium filtration system is IAPMO certified and effectively reduces the presence of impurities in the water, including lead, select pharmaceuticals and VOCs, and the taste and odor of chlorine. For best filtration results, its recommended that the systems filter (FQK2J) be replaced every six months.
